The total amount of your stay will be charged at check-in. The reception of Banks closes at 20:00 (17:00 on Sundays). After closing time, Banks can be accessed with your key card via the night entrance. Bookings of 5 rooms or more requires a non-refundable deposit of 50 percent to be charged to your credit card. For group bookings that are cancelled less than one month before date of arrival, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation.
